    Do you have questions about how and when your car parts will be delivered, which shipping methods we use, or how to collect your order from one of our locations? At Porza, we believe in providing clear and complete information at every step. Below, you’ll find detailed answers to the most frequently asked questions about delivery times, shipping options, and pickup possibilities—so you always know what to expect when ordering with us.

    We also offer several secure and convenient payment options to make your shopping experience easy. You can pay via iDEAL, Bancontact/Mister Cash, PayPal, or credit card (Visa or MasterCard). Each method ensures a safe transaction through your own bank or a trusted provider, with added protections like SSL encryption and buyer security through PayPal or 3D-Secure verification for credit cards.

    What is the delivery time for my order?
    The standard delivery time is 48 hours on business days. For special products, delivery may take longer—this is always indicated with the product or on the packing slip. Please note: if you pay via bank transfer, processing will begin only after the payment is received, which can take 1–2 business days.
    How is my order shipped?
    Porza ships packages with DHL and PostNL. Small items that fit through a letterbox are sent by regular post. All items are carefully packaged to minimize the risk of damage during transport.
    Can I choose a different delivery address?

    Yes, during checkout you can enter an alternative delivery address.

    What happens if I'm not home during delivery?

    If you're not at home, your order will be offered again the next business day. If that attempt also fails, the courier will leave a note with further delivery instructions.

    Can I pick up my order?

    Yes, pickup is possible in all Porza stores in The Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. Look on our location for the latest available store or during the checkout click on the right pick-up store. If the product is in stock. If it's not available immediately, you'll receive an email with the expected delivery time.

    What are the shipping costs?

    Shipping within the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium is free for orders over €120. For all the orders below 120, a fee of €6.68 incl. VAT per package applies. In rare cases of oversized packages, we may contact you for a small contribution. For express deliveries and returns using our return label, a €6.95 fee is charged.

    Is delivery available on Sundays and public holidays?

    No, Porza and our shipping partners do not operate on Sundays or public holidays. Orders placed on those days will be processed on the next working day, so please allow for possible delays.
